We want to meet you at home, preferably with your loved ones where we will conduct a free assessment.
Personal Needs Assessment
Our personalised assessment process begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your unique needs and preferences. During this assessment, Gina or Fiona will meet with you or your loved one to discuss various aspects of daily life, health, and personal preferences. We'll listen attentively to your concerns, gaining insight into your specific challenges, goals, and areas where you may require assistance.
Based on the information gathered during the assessment, we'll collaborate with you and your family to develop a customised care plan that addresses your individual needs and promotes your independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of care and support, tailored to your unique circumstances and preferences.
Property Needs assessment
Our team can also work with you to determine the areas of your property that require attention, whether it's your garden or other aspects of your home. If you are unfortunately in a situation where you are now having to manage the maintenance of a property, please ask us and we will be happy to help.

Our companionship visits are perfect for those who may be feeling lonely or isolated. Our friendly and compassionate staff members will spend time with you, providing company and conversation. Our staff are trained in dementia awareness and can tailor their support to the person's needs.

Cleaning
Our cleaning services include bathroom and kitchen cleaning. Hoovering, changing bed sheets and taking the bins out. We understand that maintaining a clean-living environment is important for both physical and mental health, which is why we take pride in our attention to detail and thorough cleaning methods.

Because the Halo Bearer will live in the client’s home, the cost of full support is comparable with the cost of a place at a nursing home, yet delivered in the comfortable familiarity of the client’s home environment.
